Know your Caffeine
Levels of caffeine in tea depend on the amount of fermentation of the tea leaves. So in general, black tea will have a higher caffeine content than white or green tea. If caffeine is a concern, then have a look at the chart below. Important to note is that 5 cups of white tea will have less caffeine that drinking one cup of coffee.
