Mate is slightly less potent than coffee and much gentler on the stomach. Furthermore, it is high in vitamin C, magnesium, calcium and iron. A beautiful blend of premium green mate and mint.

Did you know... Due to the high portion of caffeine, Mate tea has been well-known for a long time
as a compatible alternative for coffee. The particular fine cut of this tea makes for an
easy preparation by virtually any coffee machine or espresso machine.
It is also highly recommended to be prepared as a "Mate-Olé" with a foam of milk.
Preparation:
Use one teaspoon of mate per cup. It is vital to use hot water to infuse you drink rather than boiling water. DO NOT boil the water.
Brewing with hot water for 5-6 minutes will make you a more stimulating cup of tea while brewing longer will release more tanning agents. making the tea more relaxing.
